Con la intención de realizar un proyecto colectivo que potencie sus capacidades individuales, Palmer y Félix Vallejos
crearon durante 2010, lo que más tarde sería Principiantes. El intercambio de afinidades estéticas estableció como principal eje de referencia el sonido “beat” de los 60’s.
A comienzos de 2011, se sumaron los hermanos Gama y Pablo Niz, baterista y bajista, respectivamente.
